Seagulls, Paper Plant & Floating Breakwater

How many seagulls do you see? In the background the paper mill and one of the concrete ships of the Powell River floating breakwater are visible. Ten World War I & II concrete ships form a massive floating breakwater that was constructed to protect the logging pond of the Powell River Company pulp and paper mill.
